Erin’s strength on the team is for technical design and brings over seven years experience working in the North as a graphic designer. In meetings, her way is to carefully measure her responses before speaking too soon and one can tell she approaches her projects the same way. In many cases, a project will require proofing but with Erin, her thoroughness and attention to detail often makes this a redundant exercise. When combined with her knowledge of Northern environment, cultures, and organizations, she can overcome any hurdles a project throws at her.
