KELLETT has a collaborative creative process that seeks to consult with and engage our clients early and often throughout the production cycle. The project process presented is a general case and demonstrates typical steps for project development. KELLETT will always accommodate and deliver work within the timeframe allocated, adjusted to the process as required. Meetings may be conducted in person, on the phone or via Lighthouse, our online project management portal. Furthermore, our process allows for ample creative participation by our clients on every project.

To maintain a firm grasp on the status of projects and to keep our clients informed, the account team uses 'Lighthouse". It's a unique project tool that no other agency in the North offers. Of course, a typical status report is always available and a good practice to fall back on, but for day-to-day management, nothing beats real-time information.
