We approached this challenge by asking a simple question - how do customers benefit from using Northwestel services? The answer: connectivity. Telephone, Internet, and Wireless services all create a connection.
Therefore, we introduced the notion that Northwestel brings us together. Communication technologies have seen rapid advancement over the past decade and Northwestel has been a major leader, improving the North’s infrastructure to make communication more efficient and attainable to northerners. Bringing us together would become the tag line for the company, a distinct and emotional value proposition.
The new identity has created a new way of speaking to consumers - in a progressive and friendly manner. Northwestel has experienced growth across the North, continuing to innovate, offering new products that bring us together - and ultimately making the North feel a little less isolated.
