The Coalition of Nunavut District Education Authorities (CNDEA) was founded in August 2005 to serve as a unified voice for parents in Nunavut’s education system. Their website was originally built on WordPress. Kellett will now upgrade to the new Drupal 10 platform, with a new design based on their current branding.
Client Need
- Mobile friendly
- Rebuild the site in Drupal 10 for increased security and longevity. The site will also be more user-friendly
- Create a refreshed design based on current CNDEA branding guidelines.
Approach
Kellett Communication reviewed all the requirements to come up with initial development plan. Upon approval, the team presented the detailed designs of the website along with technical functionality. Drupal 10 was the chosen platform. For its simple and easy to use content management system along with its flexibility and strong security.
Result
A new and modern website now on Drupal 10. Comes along with pre-formatted content templates, allowing the client to easily add rich and visually appealing content. A new design and responsive theme making it look fresh and modern and properly support mobile devices. The site also gives users the ability to easily find any of the DEA members, or even contact the office manager or chairperson as they please.
