The Nihtat Gwich’in Council is a Designated Gwich’in Organization under the Gwich’in Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement. The Nihtat Gwich’in wanted to create an informational website for council members and the general public that they can update easily with minimum technical knowledge.

Approach
Kellett Communication reviewed all the requirements to come up with initial development plan and wireframes. Upon approval of the wireframe, the team presented the detailed designs of the website along with technical functionality. Drupal 9 was the development platform,which is current, modern, very robust and can provide a simple and easy back-end system for managing all site content as well as any additional functionality.
Results
A clean, modern, and mobile-friendly website driven by a robust content management system that provides a variety of templated content types for easily adding rich and visually appealing content to any page of the site. The clean and simple design makes it easy to navigate and find the information you need. A private members area allows the client to easily provide information to their members without exposing it to the public.
