Magnet is a digital social innovation platform, founded at Ryerson University. Through the Magnet Network, the goal is to accelerate inclusive economic growth for all and to bring together businesses, job seekers, and communities to foster inclusive economic growth.


Kellett Communications was responsible for promoting Magnet’s programs through strategic marketing initiatives, creative and meaningful brand content and messaging and coordinated media management using established brand architecture.

Kellett initially developed a Buyer/Audience persona through engagement research and stakeholder sessions, and with the outcomes used for establishing the strategic campaign plan, creative assets, radio advertising, Digital Advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube).


The campaign was launched across the three territories and accumulated over 1.2M+ Impressions and 200k Reach for Facebook/Instagram advertising. 

The Google Ads campaign (including Search, Display, Video) accumulated over 1.8M+ Impressions, 17k clicks, and 4.5k video views.
