Kellett was selected to recommend an approach for the territory's new Manufacturing Strategy. Kellett deployed a multidisciplinary team including subject matter experts, facilitators, political advisors, and business leaders. The project began by creating a research methodology, and drafting a Discussion Paper. The Discussion Paper was used to provide baseline information, stimulate conversation and invite input throughout the engagement process.
Kellett began working with Hotiiì ts'eeda in Summer 2017. The initial project included authoring the organization's communication strategy, developing their brand, and creating their website. The communication strategy included stakeholder interviews and extensive research to inform a comprehensive strategy for communicating with the organization's stakeholders. Following the communication strategy, Kellett's creative team designed the Hotiì ts'eeda brand. The brand speaks to the connections, relationships, and knowledge translation that the organization facilitates.
