With over 16 years in IT, Aurelie has led several teams to their full potential, delivering high-quality results. As an experienced Scrum Master and Agile-mindset oriented, she is able to understand the client’s needs and explore the best possible solutions, she likes to keep the things simple. She is recognized for her work with large banks and various sized businesses, on a multitude of unique projects. Aurelie is preparing for the ICF Professional Certified Coach certification as an Associate Certified Coach and is set to receive the next tier of her certification and become an ICF Professional Certified Coach.

Aurelie is an avid mountain runner, so she knows what it takes to stay on track, manage time and resources and pass the finish line; as such, she brings this strong mentality to lead her teams through projects with a lot of passion and conviction, meaning, everyone shares a highly productive energy and high morale.
