Creativity, bold and innovative ideas are what motivates Grace Nchangnwi each day. As the Manager of Finance, Grace oversees our accounting and human resource operations. Grace’s focus is on running the day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes, financial reporting, and compliance with variance government agencies.

Grace holds a Diploma with honours in Business Administration, specializing in accounting and is gradually working towards a degree in accounting. She also holds a diploma in earth sciences and a certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. She worked in the mining industry and most recently in Accounting and Finance prior to joining our team. With a diverse educational background and experience Grace is well equipped with the skills necessary to support our team.

Away from work, she likes watching the popular TV show Shark Tank, dancing, and spending time with family. Grace is also curious about new developments in the technology space, such as the blockchain and its use cases.
